The Catholic Education Office, Diocese of Rockhampton, is transitioning to annualised billing in its Secondary Colleges (Years 7 – 12) commencing from Term 1, 2020.
Yearly fees for students Year 7 – 10 are $4,584.00*
Yearly fees for students Year 11 – 12 are $5,189.00*

An Annual Statement (total fees for the whole school year) will be issued at the beginning of Term 1.
With the new billing arrangements, families will have the following options for payment of their annual statement:
- Pay the annual amount in full within 30 days (of issue date), or
- For families who prefer not to pay their accounts in full within 30 days, please contact the College to arrange weekly, fortnightly or quarterly repayment schedules. It would be ideal if this arrangement could be put in place within 14 days of the statement issue date. Click here to access a Direct Debit Form.
If you select option 2 above you will receive updated statements at the beginning of each term.
All fees must be paid in full by the end of November. If a student leaves HSC part way through the school year, please contact the Finance Office to finalise your account.
For families who have only one student enrolled at the College and that student is in Year 12 all fees are to be paid in full by the end of Term 3.
